Bigfoot "Silver Cloud"
Just ran across a for sale ad on the CL Vancouver site about a 28' "Silver Cloud" model Bigfoot. Never knew they made such a large molded FG trailer. It looks great.
Here 's a link for those unfamiliar with this gem for as long as remains posted:

It will likely sell fast there is a major RV show this weekend in the general area where that one is located.

We have a Silver Cloud. The space is nice. We can literally watch different TV shows in each end of the camper. It is interesting the differences between that one being advertised and ours. We have a table that goes between the couch and chairs in the living room that is not in this one being advertised (as well as one that goes between the 2 chairs). We have twin beds. We have a bathtub, rather than a shower. We also fixed it up. It had those mauve chairs originally.

The sticker on ours says 4650. We think ours is close to 7000 pounds. Our Expedition died on the last outing and the mechanic thought it was too heavy for it. The Expedition is the the equivalent of a Ford F150. We now have a RAM 2500.

It's a really good deal for a US buyer. Works out to approx. $14,337.00 USD.
The problem would be the tow vehicle. I too have a F-150. Not ready to upsize that.

Well, our experience with the tow vehicle may really have been that the Expedition had 175,000 miles on it. And we load our Silver Cloud with my glamping needs. If you don't bring Instant Pot, Air Fryer, microwave, cat litter pan, 2 Lazyboys, 2 TVs, etc., an F150 may be fine. Our Expedition pulled it for 3 years, although we did not try it in the Rockies during that time.

And that price is only a few thousand more than we paid, but we did have to put a few thousand more into ours, i.e. new tires, AC, new fridge, new door to make it safe (and the nightmare of getting the brakes working this past summer!), plus new chairs (the RV place stole one of ours), new flooring (The carpet was nasty!), new curtains and bedspreads, new shower curtain, new decals, and lifted toilet.
This camper has solid oak inside. It has a double sink which I much prefer to what the new Bigfoot 25s are getting, a stove, porcelain toilet, lots of storage, lots of windows and room for at least 4 people if not more, if you figure out a way to do it.
Every time we take the Silver Cloud to some rallies, we are offered more money than this one costs.

Yup the F150 would indeed struggle with the weight of the Silver Cloud!
My friends have a Silver Cloud they pull with a Dodge 3500 and I followed them last fall over the Coquihalla Highway here in BC. Was pulling my MUCH lighter 22’ trailer with my F150. I recall thinking at the time as I watched my own gas mileage plummet even though we were both taking it slow that there would be no way I would ever subject my F150 to pulling that Bigfoot over the Coquihalla! While I believe it could do it, very slowly, it would be a BIG strain on it.

We did pull it to Florida over the Appalachians using our Expedition. It did the job but sounded so strained that I am glad it forced us to get the 2500 before we traveled after my retirement. We are headed to Cripple Creek this summer. Had we still had the Expedition, I am not sure we would have considered going.

Knowing that craigslist items "disappear", rather than cluttering up this forum on FGRV, I just "pulled" the photos from craigslist and "pushed" them into a google photo album: https://photos.app.goo.gl/Wos2VeqGTasw5dDZ7

I have a double sink coming in my 25TB. You just have to order it. The counter space looked fantastic in that unit. I don't know if anyone has noticed but the 21RB unit has a better kitchen layout than the 25s as far as counter and storage space.

I noticed. I suspect most 21RB owners notice as well
