Bizarre Molded FG Trailer Anyone Recognize?

Saw an ad for this trailer. My guess is that it popped up at an angle to provide a sleeping platform. Really strange looking lid.

Bizzare is right! Looks like the rear end of a sedan molded onto the lid...

Yes, that odd raised section seems to serve no useful purpose. More pictures of this crazy piece. If it were closer, I'd go look at it. Also look at the wheel clearance. The forward side of the wheel looks to be rubbing? This is the kind of project I like to take on and I have all of my fiberglass repair stuff.

I cut and pasted the picture of this weird trailer into Google Images and it came out with several similar looking motorcycle trailers, towed by a bagger like a Gold Wing.

That would be a terrible thing to tow with a bike imo.
The bad aero created by the center panel would actually create lift on the trailer hitch but that wouldn't be as bad as trying to see out of the holes in the bag over my helmet,,,,,

The base 'Tub' looks very similar to the old 'Cycle Camp' that I have.

On the Cycle Camp, the lid has a raised (~4") section on the rear 2-1/2 feet.
Setting up required two people: First, remove lid and set aside Then attach 4 legs to hinged 'bed' panels and flip out to sides. Flip up support frames at front and rear of 'tub'.
set up cross supports for center 'Bed' panel (stored in lid) and place bed panel.
Lift lid up onto support frames and position with diagonal straps to base 'Tub'.
Wrap tent fabric around unit with door opening at rear, snapping to lid, hinged bed panels, and base 'tub' ends. You're left with a bed area 6' wide x 6'6" long, but you have to put your pants on laying down (no stand-up space).
Being 10'+ o/a, with wheels about 2' from rear end, it towed beautifully. On one trip I towed it from Kelowna BC to Tiajuana MX (via the Coast Hwy) and back via Nev, ID, Montana, and southern BC, arriving Penticton BC.

Trip home = 1950 mi. in 3-1/2 days.
