About your reference to 'city dwellers'.
We camped at Lake Lanier, GA 2 summers ago. There was a group, 3 campsites, that consisted of two truck shell campers each with an A/C mounted out the front and one tent set up in the third campsite. It was one family which appeared to be Grandpa, Son, Daughter in Law, and three kids (1 teenage girl, 1 boy about 10, and 1 boy about 6).
They had a home size 2-door refrigerator/freezer, a 4-burner home size cook-top/oven, A couch and 2 chairs, and a large screen TV that were kept under a tarp on the campsite with the kids tent. They also had a trailer they used to haul their stuff around.
The ranger said that they live in the parks (i.e. no home in the city) and move from one park to the other if the park has a limit on the length of stay. They were there three days of the week we were there and we watched as they packed up all there stuff and moved out. It appeared by the efficientcy of there packing that they moved their stuff quite often.
I would say they were 'campground dwellers'!
