Canadians: Should I fear them?

I hear some folks say they won't go to Canada without a gun. It hadn't occurred to me 'til now that it may be prudent to add Canadians to the list of things I'm scared of.

Does anyone know what it is about Canadians that makes them so dangerous?

Please advise soonest-
I live in a Border State and may well encounter a Canadian at any moment

Thanks in advance!

Francesca

I have several reasons to fear Canadians. And Canada.

Celine Dion
Rob Ford
Marshall McLuhan
Howie Mandel

Must I go on???

Yup, back in the 50's Canada was leading the world with the production of the highly advanced Avro Arrow. Since then Americans felt threatened. Many thought that Canada would pull the USA into the Canadian union.

Can you imagine.....The USA, the newest province in Canada.

Thanks for the edu-vid, Lora!

Questions:

1) Is the "whale-blubber-eating" referred to therein required, even of visitors?
and
2) (per carrying beer for protection) :
Is best protection achieved by drinking it all myself, or is it for distracting the Canadian until I can make a getaway?

Thanks again!

Francesca

Most Americans (including family members) who stay with me in Canada fear the beer not the people! Apparently some/many have come to believe or have learned it the hard way that it can be deadly.

True, true...but I thought that hazard only became a Threat to America(ns) if it was brought back across the border.

Aren't returning Americans put through the Showers of Thought-Cleansing before they're allowed back in from Canada???

Ever wonder why the snowbirds all flock to the usa in the winter, IT'S OPEN SEASON"
Also note that all Canadians are armed (with a hockey stick) . When you come here we feed you a very potent liquid called MOLSONS CANADIAN and from that moment on YOUR OURS !!

We are Canada! FEAR US!
We are Metric.
Our beer is better.
Our cheese is better.
Our winters are colder.
Our guns are mostly for hunting.
Hockey is a ritualized blood sport.
There are places that it is possible that there may not be anyone around for literally kilometers, (or even miles).
Our banking system is not out of control.
Our oil is dirty.
The Stampede is obnoxious.
And, we are not nearly as polite as legend has it, (I'm kinda a troll.)

Oh yah, we are dangerous.
