It would be nice if those members that have a picture on the new website would identify themselves.

Yes, it certainly has a lot less info then Scamp's rework. In the FAQ they recommend calling Casita if you have questions on models etc.. odd as that kind of thing is what the web was made to handle.

Better than their old web site.

But they should go back and have somebody proof read the copy. "Spell Checker" simply will not, can not, do the whole job!

Well, the picture they're using under "In Your Neighborhood" is Linda & Dale's - it's also in our Cover Photos Album.

If you think about it, an online parts store may not be just about the revenue generated, but enhanced availability and customer satisfaction. I know there have been times when I "remembered" what I needed to order from Casita, only to realize that they were closed. If I had the ability to order online, I could do so at 11PM and not have to remember to do it during business hours. I know thats what a string on your finger is for but....

Maybe not Bill, in fact I think it could probably even hinder if people see they can get alot of the stuff cheaper locally and not pay shipping.

It just seems there is a lot of conversation on other forums about needing specific Casita parts and how difficult it is to get in touch with someone. I think if you sell parts, you should at least have images or something that tell people what's available. It doesn't need to be interactive... with an order form. But that's my thinking....

A lot of companies in Canada with an online sales component are shutting that division off. They are finding that most people go to their website to browse their selection and then drive to their nearest store to pick it up.

I agree Donna, and was very surprised when he made that statement after all the talk on here and the Scampers forum about the online store.
