Check this book out!

As parents and grandparents know some kids' picture books
transcend age and may actually be more fun for adults. Just
out "Camping Spree with Mr. Magee" is an absolute joy. It's about
a man and his dog and his small trailer (somewhere between a
molded fiberglass and a teardrop) camping in the Bend, Oregon area.
There's a bear and marshmallows and lots more. The artwork
is downright superb and the rhyming story begs to be read over
and over. There's even a hitching incident! Unlike most kids'
picture books this one isn't overly large and will easily find a permanent
home in the smallest of camping trailers. Author/Illustrator is
Chris Van Dusen and price in hardcover is $14.95 or less. I guarantee
all will want it!

The artwork is amazing!

How fun!

I think I must add this to my 'trailer' library.

I will put it along side my copy of Someplace Else by Carol P. Saul.

Ditto Rick on the art work and the thanks, Ron.

Hey Rick, thanks for going to the effort of getting the picture
up! Makes the thread way better. It's one of the many things
I appreciate about this web site! Cheers!

Someplace Else

Ron - I totally agree with you about this website. We have a couple of people on here that are not only able to really do great things (like move pictures) but do it without even being asked. Rick is one of them. :kiss Thanks, Rick

Sometimes I spend eons and eons trying to get a picture moved over here, but no luck. Even when I try to follow their directions it seldom works for me. :yep we have a great group here. Thanks for noticing! :wink

Okay, So I'm now going to try and move the picture of the book I'm talking about over here. Here goes.

TA-DA!

This is a fun book about someone (like me) who didn't get a trailer until later on. Might be good for grandkids who don't understand why Grandma and Grandpa, all of a sudden, want to pull a trailer around all over the place and not stay at home. :)
