Colorado trailer registration

For those that live in Colorado w/13’ trailers... does Colorado have PTI plates like on California ( where plates & reg are good for multiple years)
I didn’t see anything specific to this on there website( probably missed it)

We live in CO and have license plates that renew every year with month/year stickers you add to the plate.

Colorado License Plates

Trailer licenses in Colorado are treated the same as car license plates. When you register the trailer you are given an envelope with a month sticker and a year sticker. Every year after that you get a new year sticker.

If the trailer is a new purchase, be prepared to pay sales tax. If you go in there with no purchase price they will charge you their prorated rate.

Sounds like the perfect opportunity to use those low blue book numbers.

Colorado renews license plates yearly. Our 2007 Casita costs us about $113. They go by age, weight and cost new. They discount the new price yearly as the value of trailer goes down. Of course they don't know fiberglass trailers don't devalue very fast. If your vehicle is 32 years old you can buy collector plates for 5 years and the cost is about what 2 years would cost you. We just did this for a vehicle we own. The annual was $69 and the 5 years was $167. Don't know if they do that for a trailer.
