Hi, new to the group and have just acquired one of these. I know it was born in Belgium, somehow ended up in Massachusetts, now Georgia. It appears to be about 17 foot. Has front and rear dining area with rounded windows on front. Door his a chapel type two part door (needs rebuild) No screen door. Been neglected, no fridge, bath appeared to have been there but removed. Will have pics first of the week. Anyone with any information on this will be greatly appreciated. thanks, penny

Hi Penelope,

A google image search brought up much info

Constructam Condor

You are spelling it incorrectly, maybe thats why nothing comes up for you.

I know nothing about them, but they appear to be of the Euro Eriba type ilk. Aluminum skined and small. Not fiberglass. Very cute anyway!

interesting.. fiberglass skin? neat.

is it molded? It doesn't look like it. It would be fun to see the construction. Can you describe it?

Picking it up tomorrow and will take pictures and describe. The wood inside is really nice with art deco feel to it. Has front and rear dinettes with tables. Someone did awful stuff with some of the windows but basically structure seems to be ok. We shall see.

I can't wait to see your pictures Penny. That was a rare find, you were really fortunate! There will be lots of attention I am sure when you are out camping. Eriba Puck is my favorite. Bonnie W

Constructam is a vintage trailer brand from Belgium. There are several models, one of them is the Condor.
Only the roof is molded fiberglass, the rest is stick built.
This is the url of a Dutch Constructam Club.
http://www.constructamcaravanclub.com/
Although the site pretends to be in English, I am afraid you 'll be disappointed

Thanks for the link Lex. The video's are great. Don't have to speak any particular language to enjoy the views... some of those screen rooms attached to the trailers are awesome!

Looks like some of the newer ones might be 1/2 egg half stick? Seems like in the gooogle pics some where Fglass all the way down to the center seam while others, I assume older; where Fglass only to the roof/wall seam.

Hi all, finally returned from loooong trip to florida and now going to try to start renovation of my twinkie. I have learned it is a 74 or maybe 76 Constructam Coral T3. made without refrigerator. stove works, two burner propane, windows can be replaced hopefully. They are blown polyplastic (what a mouthful). The interior is white leather and a plastic type of something. I will need to wire it for electric, put in small fridge and redo the cushions. Some of you were right. the top is molded fibreglass and the bottom is stick. The top is lowered onto the bottom with handles which are left on the camper. Hitch is different and has an emergency brake for parking. no AC so will figure out how to do that.

Hey Robin, not gonna change the shape of windows if at all possible. The front sides are curved sorta like the airstream. Finding replacements may be a challenge as it was built in Europe. I am searching for them so..if anyone knows how to find I will accept all the help I can get.

You probably want to see this Dutch guy's web site:
Constructam renovation 1
Constructam renovation 2
Constructam renovation 3

Of course it's all in Dutch, but Babelfish will now translate Dutch (well, sorta...).
