"10 best..."? For whom? The criteria doesn't appear to be the same for rating across the board... an interesting read none-the-less.

Curbed is an American real estate and urban design blog network founded by Lockhart Steele. ... On November 10, 2013, The New York Times reported that Vox Media had purchased the Curbed Network, which, apart from Curbed, also included dining website Eater and fashion website Racked.

Ho Hum

Personally I was not impressed with their choices at all. No credentials as to the experience or qualifications of the reviewers. Seemed like the more
Offbeat and Impractical the more they liked the unit. I’ll stick with our Escape. Heartily support that Scamps, Casitas, Bigfoot, Olivers and a myriad of vintage units will be around a long time after most of their choices have become lemonade stands along the road. YMMV

And then I wondered who Lockhart Steele was. From Variety:
Lockhart Steele, Vox Media’s editorial director and former CEO and founder of Curbed Network, has been fired for sexual harassment after allegations made by a former employee.
“Lockhart Steele was terminated effective immediately,” CEO Jim Bankoff wrote in a memo to staff Thursday, which the company confirmed to Variety was authentic. “Lock admitted engaging in conduct that is inconsistent with our core values and is not tolerated at Vox Media.”

And this has what to do with the article?

Iowa Dave while I do agree with you on most of the trailers maybe you missed the point on 2 of them being full molded fg trailers and I know at least one of them will be around for a long time ,at least as long as the trailers you mention.

Exactly.
And anyway, All publicity is good publicity.

All the folks I have bumped into with Happier Campers are very pleased with their trailers. That is what really matters.

I like to have confidence in the source of any article I read. The web is rife with bogus information so I like to check the source. Anybody can write an article and post it, say anything they like, so it's important to know the source. The info I posted was one of the first stories that showed up.

Not sure what authority a blog about urban design has when it comes to trailers. Went back to the article and noted that this Barefoot has been promised to enter the North American market for several years now. Always next year.

It appears to be a web blog focused on what is new, unconventional, and stylish. I doubt any of the writers are experienced RVers, and the criteria for inclusion in the 10 best list are vague and entirely subjective.

Entertainment, pure and simple. Nothing wrong with that as long as you take it that way. I enjoyed looking at the offerings.

So because the HC 1 was in the article you are saying it is fake news or just alternative facts. I don’t no about the other trailers in the article but the HC1 was chosen and field tested for three days by the writer of the article without any support from HC and with out any knowledge on how they would rate it. Yes Curbed magazine is not your typical RV magazine and leans towards articles on alternative living styles but if you want to read up on your typical trailer article there are many RV magazines out there that should meet your standards.

I didn't say any of that. Never mentioned HC1.

Maybe go back and read what I wrote, and Donna and Dave.
I also find many articles promo'd at the bottom of this page ( You May Also Like ) are written by people without credentials ( and they are paid accordingly ). "Ten reasons I don't follow those links".
