Neither of those units have the dehumidification capacity to address the situation you addressed. While it is pricey (available on Amazon), you need something like the Ecoseb (dessicant) dehumidifier. This dehumidifier adds a bit of heat to the trailer also, helpful in winter. And if you have A/C and run the dehumidifier, the A/C will run a bit longer. You need something that will remove at least 15 pints per day to eliminate that amount of moisture.
