Hi, Vicki,

Bean is a cute name for a 13' Scamp.

Was there a particular reason?

My first thought when I saw it was "It looks like a little bean"
The name just stuck.
(A friend said it looks more like a Tic Tac on wheels.)

We named our Boler "Van Gogh" because the cushion material we chose looks like a pattern he would have painted:

NASA42 is a super name...

So is Van Gogh. I love both.

What great names you (we?) egg-owners come up with.

I sold my Boler 1300 "Ladybug" this past summer and haven't thought of a good name for our Casita as of yet. I've kidded with the "Money Pit" because I had brought it to a dealer to repair a few little things that I could have done myself and in fact had to redo one of the things I spent over $150 for them to check out. FRUSTRAITING
I will rethink name and for sure will come up with one soon.

My wife named our Escape 5.0TA, I think the name is very appropriate. We call it " The Glass Inn " or Inn for short.

I did decide on a name for mine, finally. "Grandmotherbear's Den". Decided to move this back out onto first page of forum so new people to the forum can boast about their good little RV's name.

After many lost brain cells and trying to get 'Lil Snoozy' out of our heads, on our Alaska trim last summer we named our custom built Lil Hauley:

name?

WE're naming our new E-21 "Social Distancing" in honor of the 3 month delay in picking her up this year.

I have a VW bus, who I named George. He's a family heirloom, PO was my Grandpa. <3.

I've had my Campster for a few months and couldn't come up with a name until a friend said, well 'he's' George so 'she' must be Georgia... :-)

Viola: "George & Georgia"

PS I bought this make b/c she's light enough to be towed by George. Maybe not all over the world, but on a few trip a year.

Named our new-to-us 1977 Scamp Miss Terra Pin, after the Grateful Dead’s album Terrapin Station that was released that same year. Also, terrapins have shells like our little FG-shelled camper and Terra is Latin for earth or land—which also seems appropriate.

My bright yellow Ranger TV is “Yellow Bird”. Named in honor of my dad, who loved Harry Belafonte and RVing. ( We even had an Amerigo truck camper when I was young.)

My just purchased Scamp 19’ has been named “Bubble Head”, because to me all Scamp fifth wheels look like big old bubble headed Beluga whales, swimming down the highway.

Mine came to me already named and I have continued with it. Being a Doctor Who fan, I knew that she was supposed to come and stay with me as soon as I saw her.....
And given the reactions I got from folks that stuck their heads inside to take a peek, I think it's totally appropriate...
