Simple answer. NO.
I had a boat until about 8 years ago then I gave it to Daughter and Son-in-law. No boat of any kind now. I found that I had NOT used it if about 30 years so it was no value to me. Maybe the kids will get some use out it.

When my father was alive he always took his boat. But then he camped to fish. I on the other hand camp to camp.

That is us parked at the Golden Spike Tower in North Platte, NE, on the move from VT to CO, early September. A year before, we replaced one 70 lbs. Old Town Tripper canoe and two 35 lbs. Walden Vista kayaks with these two beauties, 15 lbs each Hornbeck boats. No looking back.

The first picture is Split Rock Lighthouse on Lake Superior near Silver Bay, Minnesota.
The second is one of the lakes in Banff National Park Canada.
The third is Lake Superior again.
The kayaks are called Oru Bay+ and fold into their own carry case origami style. Most airlines will accept them as checked luggage at no extra charge.
I can put each one together in less tan 10 minutes but you need to add the extra time to answer passerby’s questions.
They weigh about 25 pounds each. We stuff each int a Duluth pack and wander the Boundry Waters each summer.

When heading to National Forest campgrounds we wouldn't leave home without our Grumman 13' canoe. Light enough for one person and easily goes on roof rack.

this winter's project is to put together an inflatable, electric trolling motor, battery, solar panel (the one stored inside trailer) and transom wheels....it'll interesting to see how it all works out...(it's a perfect fit to my TV that's for sure)

so far research shows that the motor should use 6A at half speed....the panel in bright sun should produce 3A....now looking at the smallest battery that will suit my intended use: run for an hour or so to a beach and spend a couple of hours there....

It is wonderful to see all the boats on TV's. We ALWAYS bring bikes and either Old Town Penobscot or our kayaks when we camp (unless it is in November here in Michigan). Here is our rig overlooking the Muskegon River in Newego MI last October. The river is down, over the steep embankment, out of sight.

Gave me a good laugh. I see you also have a 5th wheel camper. I don't have to worry about it any more, but out of curiosity, I wonder how people carry boats and tow a 5th wheel trailer. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how best to carry those two kayaks or the 16' canoe and tow the Scamp, before we solved the problem by acquiring those two Hornbeck boats.

There are solutions for fifth wheels and boats.
I watched a motorized rack winch a 16' aluminum boat atop a pickup once.
