I see E Trailer recommended by members so I tried them.
I need 4 new rubber straps for my Cipa extension mirrors.
Their price was $33.00 for four straps plus shipping.
Thats for 4 simple rubber straps 13 1/2 inches by 3/4 inches and a simple plastic one peice clip.

I bought the same identical Cipa straps from Tow-N-Go mirrors for $11.98 plus shipping.
It always pays to shop around.

I've purchased several items from e-Trailer after shopping around. I agree 100% it's always best to comparison shop. You can't spend the same nickel twice!

I too have bought a fair bit of stuff at etrailer, and after comparison shopping usually found them cheapest, or at least competitive, and knowing how great their customer service is, I always default to them when buying.

I have only purchased hitches (2) and the associated supplies. In my experience they were very good to do business with. The hitch prices seemed fair. They provide lots of good support info. They were very good on the phone and responding to emails and the shipping was fast and free (over $150 as I recall). I'm a fan. Raz

For Canadians, you best order by phone so you can find out if the part is available from their Canadian warehouse. That may be faster and avoids the border crossing.
I too have been happy with prices and service at etrailer.
On the other hand, I have paid more than I should have for peanut butter at Safeway.

I bought my brake controller and some various trailer parts like bearings from them at good prices and fast shipping. I had to call a couple times because some tires I ordered were back ordered, and always reached a live person quickly. But you're right, a buck's a buck and it pays to shop around.
