Beautiful, Rease. Can't wait to see the insides and start figuring out how to emulate your creation on the cheap in my old Trillium...

looking good, looking good.

I know about those "can't waits"---we were going to get a 15'(well, we were going to keep our Boler)

Yes, we now have a nice 17' in our driveway..... Funny how that happens eh??????

yeah well unfortunately we really can not have any new trailer, we are happy with our casita but the thought that we might have to live in it seems a little tight and we are a little too young to be retiring yet. So in the mean time we need to win the lottery. Unless some one wants to just be generous...

Looking fine, showing off Reace's attention to detail.
Right down to the white hub cap thingies to dress up the wheels!
Where do you get them?

Looks great Rease!
I notice you don't have a box awning on either, does this mean you found another supplier to bend the "arms" for the awning?

Rob, what they did was to eliminate the top bend, which was the one they were unable to do themselves (the outside track on the arm), by slightly lowering the top mount. It looks good. Tammy is the one who gets credit for the idea though.

Also, if I remember right, the 17 footers are now made in a brand new mold that allows roof a/c. 15 footer still to come. They have been very busy.

From the FAQ on the Escape Trailer website:
[b]Can you install a roof-mount air conditioner?

As of January 1 2009, [b]all Escape trailers will accept a roofmount air conditioner (even the 13'!). We use a low profile Carrier unit rated at 13,500 BTU.

To add to what Donna posted, they facilitate the A/C mounting by using an additional saddle to give the support for the added weight on the roof.
