Fiamma Florida Room? Cost

Don't know where else to post this as I am trying to sell a Fiamma Florida Room and need to know how much i should ask. The Florida room fits on F45 or F50 Fiamma awnings. It came in package with my 98 Casita LD16 which I have sold a couple years ago.

Normal rule is a max of 1/2 of what it sold for new, is good place to start, if like new condition and than down from there. Hank W

I have a 2010 Casita, and would like to buy a Florida room it will fit my Fiamma, do you happen to know your width on your canopy? I’ll look at owners manual tomorrow and see my Fiamma model.

I need to get some photos taken and posted for the Fiamma Florida Room.
As I never put it on my Casita, I only partially saw it when I removed the different sections from the 2 large storage bags it came in. I do know it has at least (3) small pencil-sized holes in the wall sections.
For this reason, I am open to reasonable offers. I want you to feel good about the purchase. I'm going to try to post some photos if I can figure it out.
