I'd call it Scamp parts, not fixer upper. Last several feet seem to be MIA. Someone wanting interior parts, if they lived close, could be a deal.

Perhaps the first Scamp for $150 that wasn't a SCAM.

To below, someone REALLY talented could make something interesting out of this.

I think they'd get MORE for it if they pulled off the shell and sold it as a 16' Scamp frame with good axle/brakes/wheels.
