Going to Quartzsite this year!
Havent camped without utilities except overnite at Walmart.
Taking the Campster and going to do some sight seeing along the way.
Reading and learning about this new experience.

we leave in the am hey we may not be too far away. first night in Tulsa at the casino then on to the will rogers memorial then on to quartzite staying at dome rock. boondocking all the way dome rock is free that fits me!!

Spent all day Monday at Quartzite.

Got a great deal on a 10 speed, wind control, rain control, remote control Max fan for 139.00.

Had a great time looking at all the junk.

Was there only on Monday.

I spent the previous week in Scottsdale at the car auctions so I decided it was time to go home yesterday.

Will be taking an HC1 to Mesa Arizona from LA to show a dealer prospect and will be stopping by For a short time on Thursday and then on Friday or Saturday on the way back to LA . Hope to see some of the early birds there.

Hey All,
We have been in Why, AZ since November at a great little campgrounds, Coyote Howls, Looking forward to meeting fellow Scampers. Have a 19’ 5th wheel pulled by a 2500 Chevy Silverado. Some will say “too much truck” I say “Giddy up” no matter where and the Chevy says “Bring it on” Gas mileage well... that’s to be discussed around a camp fire in Quartzite.

Have two Q questions.

Our trailer will be in Apache Junction and my wife will be staying with it during The Q.
I am thinking of going out to Q on my own.
Question 1. What would be the best day or two days to be there (for Fiberglass Gathering and tent) overall.
Question 2. If I decided to sleep in the pickup one night would there be a problem?

I'd choose Friday & Saturday - most of the activities are on those two days, with most on Saturday. Staying in the truck wouldn't cause a problem.

Not sure what tent you are asking about. If it is the "Big Tent" show, that ends this Sunday, well before the fiberglass rally starts. There will still be hundreds of booths scattered around town selling just about anything...
