Trailer: 2004 Scamp 13 ft
Posts: 35
Greetings! I am a happy new owner of a 13’ scamp and want to say hi and thank you. I posted a question here last July when I was trying to decide if I wanted to sell my tent trailer and get a fiberglass trailer instead. I received many helpful responses. Well, this past weekend I finally purchased a trailer. I found it for sale here in Minneapolis. It belonged to a very nice couple who had purchased it new in 04 and were never able to use it due to health problems. It was very unfortunate for them, but I was happy to find something in such great condition. Now, I can’t wait to get out and see what it’s really like to camp/travel with one of these trailers!

3 cheers, Cheryl on finding such a terrific FGRV! We look forward to reading accounts of your adventures and remember, we LOVE photos! We visit dear friends in Apple Valley, MN, so perhaps our travel paths will cross one day. We wish you many safe miles and tons of happy memories! L 'n D

ain't it grand to find the preserved treasure?

You'll have a blast, and I'll tell you, some of my best campground entertainment is watching some folks put thier tent trailers up.. and then taking them down

You can sit back and watch the show now too!

Congratulations & welcome Cheryl.
Find a FGRV rally/gathering in your neck of the woods and join in! That is probably the best way to get acquainted with the small quirks about your Scamp with answers readily available.
Keep in touch, ask questions, and contribute your experiences often

Sign up for Lanesboro, MN in September. You will find information if you search Jim Hovind's name. It was fun - biking, canoeing, golfing, Amish market, antiques, good people. We went last year and are signed up for this year.
