Had to take a break from my remodel

Every Memorial Day weekend we host a 100ft slip and slide party for our family and friends! So the camper is taking a backseat for slide construction. Last night we picked up 15 bales of hay to build the pool at the end! Will add more pics as it is built!Click image for larger version

I built a water blob with some left over 6 mil plastic. This is for the little little ones that come!

So we started the groundwork for the slide tonight and building our pool for the end. We are using 6 mil plastic and 15 staw hay bales.

The white bags are airbags for shipping stuff, we are filling those with water.

Here is the end result of our work!! We had a great time and the kids had a blast!! We had to chase them down just to get them to eat!

I wish we had that when I was a kid. We did have some cool tobaggon runs. My older cousin would build snow banks and ice them down at night.

Good point! Is that your estate? Can I camp on your lawn? When is the next slide party? Any problem with bringing five, really noisy, kids? I promise to build a ridiculously large fire.

LMAO! Yea we already build a pretty big fire!! Ha ha!! We are a group of about 15 or 20 vets that have all deployed together! One thing we all agree on is we work well as a unit because of our training and can build one heck of a slip and slide.

But yea we are down in Kentucky! Banjo country! Even better I play the banjo!

But we do set up a tent campground in the back of our place and everyone camps out. The next morning we get up eat breakfast and rip it all down. My yard as we speak is four kinds of messed up!

Wow, that is a perspective on military training I have never considered.
