Is there a weight limit?

We love our HC1. Do most of cooking outside, shower and bathrooms are usually at the RV park, but we keep a portable toilet for nighttime. Sleeps a family of four. Easy to park, tow, set up and maintain. A great entry RV.

Has anyone towed one for 50 miles or more along a gravel road? I'm wondering whether the door on the back lets dust in. Our Ventura leaked dust through the back window.

50 miles of dirt road ! That’s nothing compared to the Hc1 s I’ve seen come back after 400 mile trek through the dessert to Burning Man . There are actually owners of Hc1 s that bought there trailer just to go there and while the dust does not come through he door while traveling I’ve personally had to clean one after a week in the dessert as that dust can get in every nook and cranny.but not to worry as I can remove everything out easily clean the all fg walls ,hose down the all fg floor out the drain in the floor .power wash the bamboo floor panels .and vacum and clean the Sunbrella cushions back to new in about an hour and the trailer looks brand new again.

the one time I took my Tacoma out on Black Rock Playa (for a 4th of july event my son and his friends were throwing), after I got home, it took me about a week of pressure washing the underside and engine compartment of the truck to get rid of that white alkali dust. I didn't have an actual pressure washer, just the 'jet' setting on a hose nozzle. and we didn't have a single dust storm the 3 days I was there.

some folks recommend spraying down the whole underside of the vehicle in dilute vinegar to neutralize the alkali then hosing it off.
