FiberglassRV.com was started as a collaboration between two friends, Michael Sanders and Charles Watts (both Casita owners at the time), who recognized that all small "molded" fiberglass travel trailers are more alike than different. Their vision was to create a site for sharing information about camping in these trailers, a site that would be friendly and supportive - while also being virtually bickering-free.
Through fantastic reception by the entire "community" of molded-fiberglass travel trailer owners (who also supported us as we negotiated a few bumps in the road), the site became what you find here today: a repository of problem solving, restorations, upgrades and modifications, camp-stove and dutch oven cooking tips, plus a sort of "rally central" for folks looking to meet up with each other... all with an abundance of  thrown in for good measure.
Several years ago, FiberglassRV.com joined the Social Knowledge, Inc. family of websites; we've added a Registry, made the Gallery easier to use, added subject tagging and a Google search, all while the forums have matured to the point where we currently have over 21,000 registrations, with about 500 logins per day and another 1000 folks reading as guests.
Our most responded to thread is Sightings!
Our thread with the most views is Show Us Your Rigs.
Trailer Weights In the Real World is another popular topic...
We are currently averaging about 5000 posts per month!!

Yeah, Donna. I hate that we lost the Okra! thread. I resurrected it once, after the hack; but it escaped on one of the forum software changeovers, apparently. I went looking for it today at webarchive.org (or whatever it is), but it was like looking for a needle in a haystack, PLUS the thread had so many screens (and pics) it's not likely much (if any) of it was archived anyway.

And, of course, we can't forget to mention the great and powerful Document Center! 
It currently contains 74 Appliance manuals, 68 Trailer Brand/Manufacturers brochures or manuals, 15 files on electrical wiring, converters/inverters, batteries and power supplies, and a smattering of miscellaneous other documents that members have shared through the years.
