WOW! I may be glad they are not my neighbors, but the composer is brilliant. Watching it all the way through -- really watching it -- one sees a very ingenious mind and talent at work here. .
... just knowing which plugs to plug in where.

That is just too cool. Lots of talent there. God forbid my sister-in-law see that. Her neighbors already hate her every Xmas and her display is nothing like that one. Thanks for posting that link. Best 2 minutes I have spent on the net in a long time.

Mary F >> Sam Hill
Samuel Hill (1857--1931), a lawyer, financier and railroad magnate known in the Northwest U.S. as "the Father of Good Roads."
Highly appropriate that you bring him up here, on an RV website.
Chester>>Happy Holidays
see "Bah," he said. "Humbug."

Sam built a mansion on the banks of the Colulmbia River for his bride, Mary. Mary only lived there a couple months before she couldn't take it any longer and move back to city life. It's a great place to visit.
I tried to find a picture of the Mary Hill Museum with Christmas lights, but .....

Byron>>Sam built
That he did, Byron., not to mention a replica of Stonehenge.
He also spearheaded the funding for the International Peace Arch, on the US/Canadian border along the Pacific Highway (something else he's famous for!)

Hey, what happened to posting links? I didn't realize this was turning into a history lesson. Good thing we're in General Chat where hijacking topics happens a lot.

<<hijacking links
Blame Mary. Mary's the one who brought up Sam Hill first! It's Mary's fault.

Who me? Or do you mean Mary Hill?
Actually, it was Santa who brought up Sam Hill.
