Ten minutes here to go on the left coast... 2005 was fine in many ways. Good bye to all the bad bits! Such a hard year, such a good year, in so many ways.

Did you know, for example, how strong you could get? Could you have imagined the family stuff that went down -- that showed your strengths? Wow! Difficult. Major stuff. Learning and all that.

Oops, five minutes to go... out with the old, in with the new.

Your brother is better than you thought. Sisters can change. Here on the wet coast, they set off fireworks on New Years -- who knew? Good idea, gets dark so early anyway.

With the rockets red glare, the bombs bursting in air, its New years tonight and the gang is all here!
