Quick note about picture resizing on Windows XP machines.

Microsoft has provided a free tool that allows you to right click and select resize on any photo. It gives you size options from small to large and is THE EASIEST way to resize pictures that I have found - plus it's an Microsoft tool so no worries of compatibility.
