Hi Remi, I just saw your post on the 1978 UNIK from May 2019! Dave & I have the 1978 Unik that we rejuvenated in 2006. Did you buy the one pictured? I've got information on that model if you bought it & want this information. Send your email to me at <sallywagin@sbcglobal.net> and I'll share what I have. Look forward to hearing from you.

We had one right behind us at the Maritime Vintage/ Fiberglass Rally at St Andrews 2 years ago. I think they sold later that year. It was in very good shape for its age.

Hopefully the OP will see this. It’s a 10 month old thread. I’d like to hear how it came out, too.

Thanks Jack! Did you look at it under Gallery under UNIK? It's got a couple of before & after pics of inside & out. It's so open feeling with all the windows. After 11 years camping in a 16' 1988 Casita, it feels so roomy! We've enjoyed it since we bought it in 2006 and have provided inquisitive other campers with I don't know how many "tours" ! We even drew had a couple of requests when we've stopped to pump gas! I've never seen another one in our limited travels from Chicago to Texas & New Mexico. Keep your eyes peeled! Happy Trails Terry

I've only seen one UNIK, at the Maritime Vintage rally a few years ago, and it didn't look anything like that.

I recommend not buying it. You'd be continuously occupied showing it to curious folks (like me).

Oh, and if you are lucky enough to get it, pictures PLEASE!!!

Walt
I have one and just started renovating it yesterday it’s completely gutted when I bought it. I had a frame fabricated over the winter long weekend in may I have a work party of vintage fibreglass friends that’s going to help me switch it over
