Help with a stationary window

The middle opening is a door. I need to replace the two smaller windows on the side.

Should I use something like this - https://www.steelerubber.com/locking-gasket-60-0082-257

Seems like that will be a difficult process. Any suggestions?

Hi Don, I just finished installing two windows. Make sure you get the locking strip tool. It is difficult to do without it. I used WD40 instead of soapy water and it worked pretty well. Watch a coupe of u tube videos and you're good to go. Best of luck.
