How does fiberglassrv.com pay for itself?

This forum is proving more valuable to me by the day as a new Scamp owner (1997 13 Standard Layout 1). I see there are ads on the sides of posts - is this the main revenue source for SocialKnowledge? Should I be sending in a donation?

I got in trouble on April 1 when I announced a subscription fee on another forum. Sometimes there’s no sense of humor out there. Thank the moderators for their vigilance and decision making. Thanks to all the moderators on Fiberglass.

What made me mad was I went to grab a pitchfork to go after you and they were renting them out by the hour. I heard you were a strong runner so that could have run into money.

I wish I had known. I have pitchforks and torches I would have loaned you.

The ads do support the site expenses. Your friendly moderators (including me, even though "Admin" is under my name) are all volunteers, who just like seeing things go smoothly around here.

Enjoy!

Tua, you may not be aware that app users don't see post titles and may feel gypped, even at that price...

Since I did see it yesterday on my computer, I will add my agreement. The moderators do a great job here, and they manage to do it with a light touch, which is no easy task.

I vote to double their stipends. Meantime, my advice is free and worth every penny...
