oh good....never thought to look there. Was comparing it to a 16' and that one looked way higher....do the 16' foot campers ride higher?

Yep, a lot of that has to do with taller tires.

looks like it might be an inch down,,, but thats fine,,,go camping.

And a 3500# down angle axle on the 16 as opposed to a 2200# up angle axle on the 13. also the 16 now uses an ALKO axle while the 13 still uses a Dexter.

My 1988 Scamp came from the factory with an Al-Ko axle... it now has a Dexter
