ICBC out of Province insurance question

So i bought a vehicle from a friend of a friend in another Province (SK). I will be flying out there to drive it back to BC, but myquestion is without it having the BC Provincial Inspection, how do i go about insuring it for the drive home? Do i go to ICBC for some sort of temp insurance, or go to an SK insurance place?

I will call an Autoplan office tomorrow to find out what they have to say, but i'm impatient to know before then, so does anyone have any ideas?
