Smokey Bear!! OK, he may not qualify as a real person, but he was a real bear! Our Scamp survived the factory fire of 2006, so the name Smokey was an obvious choice for its name! You will recognize him by the Smokey decals he wears on his exterior and by some of the Smokey Bear décor inside, too.

We named our Boler, "Van Gogh," after we picked our cushion fabric.

Frankenstein. Resurrected and renovated with new bits and pieces. Rough around the edges, a little crude and ungainly, but IT’S ALIVE!

Our little Scamp was named after a Firefly-class vessel, a very small transport ship, Serenity. Our current one is named Lucinda after the equally loveable Lucinda Williams.

We also name our cars because the boys on Car Talks said you take better care of things you name. Currently, we have the silver truck, Emmy Lou (Harris), and the red truck, Wilhelmina "Willie" (Nelson).

We always say that love is what keeps her in the air!

Our Scamp13D is named "EGGY-SUE" (the pull-it surprize)
If you knew Eggy-Sue... then you'd know why her cushions are blue.

Buddy Holly would be so proud!
Response? ...

Barbra Streisand.
My Boler’s name is Sadie. I always hear Barbra singing “Sadie, Sadie married lady” from Funny Girl when I say her name.

Smile Cassie or Cassandra

The former owner called my 1999 Casita SD 'Cassie' which is short for Cassandra...since that is the first name of the lady of the dark...I think my Casita should be named:

ELVIRA

Christopher

After Christopher Columbus who "discovered"(?) America.

Having worked in Alaska, Hawaii and a dozen other states, I'm now in the process of revisiting some and exploring not only others but also some Canadian provinces.

My trailer is past that stage of it's life but it sure does have a fan club. Caught a peeping Tom looking in the windows the other day, one of the fan club members.
