It's better to mark it sold than not, and have people constantly asking if it's still for sale long after it's been removed.

fall my wife was banging in the front storage area, I asked "Whart are you doing?" and she said "Trying to get another 2 feet" That's when I realized a 13' would not make it for semi full time.
