Interesting Burning Man/AC post

This is not pointing to the Gone with the Wynns post, but the first comment after the post (by "Barry Brummitt"). His description of the AC system he's built is very intriguing, and I wonder what you all think of it.

It IS an evaporative system, but he's created some kind of heat exchange which also channels the wet air outside. I can't quite visualize what he's done, but would love to know more about it!
