Iowa State Fair camping

Waiting to get into the campgrounds at the Iowa state fair. The little casita is almost lost in the sea of thirty footers, double and triple slideouts, 5th wheels and huge mega busses. I will keep my little 13 footer.

Why not, it comes with much more greenspace to use!

I don't know if I could spend 10 days at the State Fair unless you lived close to Des Moines or you really like the fair. I will be going for the first time since I was sixteen. That's how many years? A long time ago. My husband's company will be having their trailers there.

Get to spend next Wednesday there. Already thinking about what to eat and the butter cow.

Have fun at the Iowa fair. got home yesterday from 6 days at our county fair....because the scamper is only 13 foot, got to park it next to the 4-H cook shack, the bathrooms, and the sheep/goat barn. Got 2+ inches of rain saturday eve. plus straight line winds......guess who didn't have to wade through mud or need a 4 wheel drive to get out???? Small is beautiful!
