$4000 is way too much for a 13ft

Looks like too much work needed for a $4000 camper.

She's really probably confused about a lot of things. My dad was 80 when my mom died and he really lost it, they had been together 40 + years. The poor woman is still in shock and that's sad.

Yes, we think it was her Hubby's baby esp since the thought the furnace was the A/C and then the roof vent. They went to AZ twice during the summer and I dont see how they managed w/o A/C so maybe her hubby had rigged something up and that was what she was remembering. I think it was a year almost to the day since her husband died which may be hard on her today to deal with e'thing. She also had a dr appnt but still wanted to meet. We'll see if she calls back Weds but I think she wants too much for the work that needs done and they paid too much 2 yrs ago as well which she is probably trying to recoop that. I really want something ready to go now with no surprises. Esp after my trip last year in which I lost my vehicle and had to purchase a new one to get home.

That antenna is a "Winegard hide-a-way" antenna for trailers without antennas. I have one from another trailer. It is a generic made unit for receiving over the air tv.

I also think $4k is pricey for the trailer in that condition with those options. Shouldn't the registration, title, vin plate all have the year of manufacture? I wouldn't worry about the rock guard, the panel pops off pretty easily once you remove a few screws, you could spray paint it.

My Burro has the same hinges as the pictured Burro. I have noticed that these are different from many of the Burro's I have seen. Other than that I see no differences. rb
