Our daughter and son-in-law are moving to Grand Prarie Alberta. This is an exciting time for them with new twins new job and new house.
What camping facilities are there in the area and how good are they? Do you need to pre register or are they first come, first seved?
While visiting the new grandchildren here in Edmonton our son called from back in Ontario to inform us that he has bought a new house, got himself engaged to a wonderful girl and is getting married in july.
Ain't life great?

COOL
Lots of camping in the area.We live south of GP in Grande Cache and do most of our major shopping there.if you look around there are plenty of free boon docking areas and good campgrounds where you pay.
The north is a great place to be at present time. The area is booming with more than enough oppertunity for anyone.

Do to the high employment rates and lack of affordable housing and the contract workers i would suggest making reservations at the full service campgrounds.
