Smile Itchy

We've been home from a month in So. Carolina & Georgia for about 3 weeks now. Went in our Kodiak. While there we decided that 17 winters snowbirding is enough so the Kodiak is now for sale. That said, I'm already itchy to hitch up our Egg Camper and head out. Just won't (probably) do that until April when my wife wants to drive the Blue Ridge Parkway to see all the dogwoods, etc in bloom. The Egg Camper will be used for spring, summer, fall camping and travel. Thinking about the west coast. we've only done that a very few times because it's so far from Michigan. If we're gonna do it because wife has Parkinson's and neither of us is young anymore (both in our 70s), though still able to go wherever and do whatever (mostly on the do whatever). Looking forward to meeting up with many of you and especially for the second rally in Michigan.

Bob and Grace, if you make it to the west coast.. please try to make one of the five or six gatherings held in Oregon and Washington. They're planned between April and October.

Would love to meet you!

Itchy? Every time someone mentions a camp ground, out comes the atlas. Then I look to see if there is a web site. Like you said, itchy Raz

You could head out now. Most of the Southwest is better seen in the winter/cooler months. There is a gathering in Quartzite in Feb. The Grand Canyon, Death valley, etc. Plenty to keep you occupied until the California, Oregon, and Washington gatherings start.

Not gonna happen. We've spent 16 out of the last 17 winters in the southwest. Tired of the desert. Probably at the Grand Canyon half of those years.
