jalopy toy car

Considering another new TV and would like to know if anyone knows if this car is 6V or 12V. It is may be "Power Wheels".
Actually I am rebuilding this thing (one like the picture) for a friend, it was her daughter's and she wants to fix it up for her grandchild.
It doesn't have a label or a battery and the motor is not marked.
The wiring is rather simple but I don't know what battery and charger to supply.
Anybody have or have had one of these?
Any info appreciated before I decide on a SBC and a 700R4.

Not really, but it seemed about the right speed when I directly applied 12V for a moment, so I'm prolly gonna go with 12V. The rest will be switches and wiring, sort of a baby street rod!
I just thought it might be familiar to someone.

Hi, I believe the car is a "Noddy" car, based on the British "Noddy & Big Ears" books and TV series written by Enid Blyton !! The earlier ones were pedal cars.

I would not go with the SBC and 700R4 - EVERYBODY does that - too easy... Go with something jaw dropping like a Boss 429 with open headers and 4spd toploader. Then you will get some respect.

If I did that I might need suspension mods and a stronger rear end.

COOL! I'll pass that along!
I finished it today and returned it to a third generation of service! Big smiles on both Great Gramma and 3YO!
