yeah, they call them gooseneck hitches. their ball sizes are almost exactly the same as our, 50mm (2") and something smaller that corresponds to 1-7/8.
sadly, that wagon is not easy to put a hitch on as the muffler is across the back. the wagon has hydro-pneumatic self-leveling suspension, which provides a magic carpet ride no matter how loaded the wagon is. I believe they are rated to tow like 4000 lbs, so a
Casita would certainly be possible, and the vehicle payload is like 1400 lbs, so a 10% hitch
weight would still leave you 1000 lbs of people+gear.
