Because you took them with a phone, which adds orientation data to the file, so it will display correctly on your phone, regardless of how you have your phone turned. (And because our forum software doesn’t use that info.)
Either process phone pics through a software program/app that’ll strip that data, or take pics in landscape orientation with the top of the phone to your left.

Dealer delivery
Do you suppose they are delivered to an RV dealer for customer pickup? Dealer is closed on Sundays so no one to ask. I see from the label they were manufactured August 2022.
The dealer sells a lot of tiny teardrop trailers and has those sitting on the lot as well.

Existing customers used to pick up in L’air Camper Co factory in Waterloo, On.
I have existing complaint at Customer Protection Ontario and few others too, for not delivering the product.
The owner has last chance to refund my full deposit.
If not I’ll see him in court.

I tried this again and figured out if I CROP the photo, it will stay right side up. Geeze.

I didn't order one of these trailers, just noticed them on a dealer's lot in Erin as a trailer brand I had never seen before.
They weren't there last week when we drove by. I assume they are long gone.

I was wondering how you made out with Ontario consumer protection? And if you got your deposit back?

Customer protection is very useless institution.
They only mediate between parties.
L’air owner refuse to mediate.
Deposit is still kept as a hostage.
Next step small claims court along few other people.

Hey sliwka and others -
Wondering if anyone has managed to get deposits back from L'air. We ordered our 4500 back in April 2022 with a promised delivery of July but of course, nothing so far. We're #81. Would really like to get that deposit back so we can use it somewhere else, and lawyer friend says we have a case but would love to know if anyone else had any success.
Thanks.

Deposit
Has anyone had any luck with getting a deposit back from L'air? I am currently in the consumer protection mediation phase and based on what I see and hear, I will not get anywhere. I will proceed to small claims, but am curious if anyone has gone that route yet successfully.

Did anyone receive a trailer from these folks? Are there any L'air trilliums on the road?

Yes there are L'airs delivered, however the delay versus my promised date was too much for me. I asked for my deposit back a year ago and haven't seen it yet. I am confident from a legal perspective I am entitled a return of the deposit. It is now a matter of going through the hoops.
