Well stated Miranda! Are you still going to Bakus next month? If so, I want you to do me a favor and request to see mine and tell them how particular I am...ha! I would appreciate it!!

Seems to me the same things that make FGRV an attractive choice for camping, namely compact, sturdy, well built, lite weight would also make it attractive for commercial operations.

Link a little while ago on the forum to a 16ft converted to a dog grooming service. This guy rents bolers out and uses one at trade shows as his booth. The Happier Camper He invented the iBallz protector for tablets. iBallz Original

I personally would not take a nice sharp original classic and gut it, or really do a whole lot to modify it. Taking one that is in need of TLC or repair and giving it a new lease on life seems cool.

In the end a mod is a mod is a mod. Does not really matter the purpose of the mod. Only who might want pictures posted so they can do it too.
Lots of folks cut holes and put in AC, some folks would not want to cut into a "classic". I think in the end it's their trailer so it's their choice.

I like it! Can't keep them all perfect, and I've seen too many sitting in the tall weeds covered in mold. So this happy little yellow egg makes me happy!!

A bitter end would be a total gut job that winds up in the landfill because the owners didn't realize how much work they were taking on and quit and then couldn't sell the resulting pieces because no one else shared their "vision".

I've seen a few Airstream shells used as really cool offices, bars, coffee shops and cafe's so why not fiberglass eggs. I love it!
Yep... but I'm partial

Our son, a chef who is thinking about starting a street food business and loves boler will probably buy one to convert it into a fancy sandwich stand. Great way to save one !
