We had a Trillium 4500 for 20 years on our property 7/8 mile from the water's edge in northern California, very similar to so. Oregon. You want to protect your trailer from the weather, both from the salt air and rain and from the UV in the sunlight. Rust and corrosion are a problem, but manageable if the the trailer is kept under cover. The other problem is mold and mildew from the high humidity. We used an inexpensive portable carport (like from Walmart or Costco) for a few years; it worked well until the steel frame rusted away, the fabric was still fine. After that we went with a pre-fab steel carport on a slab, which did great for protecting the Trillium and shows no sign of deterioration after 10 years. If you can have power, I would recommend running a dehumidifier if you are not using the trailer.

I never considered the mold and mildew issue buts that a very good point to make.I was concerned about the outside only.Never heard of a stor dry but looks like something that could be very helpful.I would not be able to empty a dehumidifier.Is there a certain chemical desiccant you use and how much of it?

The one I use is called "Dri-z-air". I saved a couple of dollars by poking some holes in a small plastic container and fitting it in a larger one. Follow the package instructions - about 2/3 a cup - and dump the water that collects every few weeks. I put it up on a shelf near the ceiling.

You do not need to empty a dehumidifier. The vast majority of them can be drained by attaching a hose. Put the dehumidifier on the counter and run the hose into the sink. The condensate will go into the gray tank and you can let it run onto the ground; it’s just water. But I would, as previously stated, not “permanently” set up a trailer in a salt air environment.
