LP tank covers for storage only.

Have you noticed that vinyl LP tank covers are for Storage or parking use only -- not for use while trailering. I’m starting to believe the company. I purchased this one in June of this year. I do not have room for a hard cover, so I guess it’s continuing to buy a new one every other year. (And that’s the BACK of the cover!)

Got to say this about the hard cover LP covers. I set one on my Boler and didn't get longer gas line hoses to reach the regulator and they just reached going under the tank. Well where the rubber hose rubbed against the bottom of the plastic cover it wore a hole in the hose after about 100 miles of road travel. Just saying.

My wife drilled a hole in the back cover for the propane line when we bought it and it has worked fine for 8 years. Don
