mistake

well we had enough of winter and decided to make a quick run to the left coast (bc)
we did not bring the surfside as it is still under a pile of snow

Here is the mistake... we stopped at Escape in Chilliwack and Tammy gave us a wonderful tour of the trailers ready to go. we definitly see one in our future i think it will be sooner rather than later now though>

it is suprizing how close the 15 is to our surfside but i think we will go to at least the 17

Yes, Chilliwack is a dangerous place to stop - I love my 17B!

Real sorry to hear of your misfortunate side trip, Alan. That Tammy girl holds some kind of power that draws you to their trailers.

Though, I had put down a deposit, sight unseen.

Hi: alan in alberta... No mistake about it!!! Once you've seen the best you can skip the rest!!!
I know some folks from Moncton NB. that brought home a very large souvenir from Chilliwack!!!
They did the same thing as you... but left their Outback!!!

Alf,
I see you have a Frontier Crew Cab longbed. We have a 2011 Frontier short (5') bed Crew Cab...do you think there would be any difficulty with an Escape 5.0? We currently have a Scamp 19er.

THAT certain place in Chilliwack is world reknown for sucking your wallet and checkbook right out of your pocket and at the exact same time putting a big ole smile on your face that's priceless. Forever memories start from that very first moment.

We know two couples that took a 3 month tour of Alaska together in their Casitas. They stopped by Escape on the way home and fell in love. Raced home to Texas and both sold their Casitas. One couple is now in a 19' Escape and the other in a 5th wheel Escape.

There probably is and it may say: Those that enter will never look at other all molded trailers the same way again."

But hey, different strokes for different folks and ALL.. all molded trailers are wonderful!

Hi: Fran L... You would need a slider style hitch(Husky 16K EZRoller) or the new Husky 10 Composite GliderHusky Towing, or a pin extender for those tight turns. I have not had to slide the hitch on level ground but I have bumped the cab with the trailer on an incline.
The ideal hitch location is over the rear axle of the truck.
