I did not have my translator (my wife) handy to read the signs, so I don't know what this one was being used for, not for camping, at least not at the time I saw it.
Our host on Jeju-do showed us where the island is being bought up and developed by foreign investors for (mostly) Chinese tourists. Tangerine groves and green tea fields are giving way to resorts and golf courses. Have you watched “When Life Gives You Tangerines” (currently streaming on Netflix)?
I also learned through the
Scamp FB page that there is a
Scamp owner's group in mainland Korea, and they hold an annual
rally. Not a large group, judging by photos, maybe 10-15 people, and mostly 13'ers.
