What a mess! Someone on another group commented that it didn't seem that the LP tank(s) exploded (Most likely built-in on a rig like this was).

FullTimers will note that the owners were said to be from Sioux Falls SD, the home address of many FullTimers (there are at least two full-service mail businesses there).

I've been waiting for a good deal on that exact motorhome. I know I could bring it back.
What do you think I should offer them??

Looks like they burn very quickly like mobile homes.

Here's a comment by a retired Fireman (now FullTiming) on that incident:

quote
I'm sorry to hear that, Don. I remember several motorhome fires.
It's incredible how quickly these things burn down to the frame.
Even if the FD arrives in a couple of minutes, it's too late.

Everything in a Motorhome is intensely flammable. Once you see
smoke coming from a wall, or any furniture, you just have to dive
out and get clear. Don't try to save anything. You don't have
time.

Apparently that's just what your friends did. Good for them.

I've been on many of them.

I may add the smoke is toxic. Get out ASAP.
