Need 2000 Casita SD17 Pricing Help

Hi,
We will be selling our 2000 Casita Spirit Deluxe 17' in three weeks.
It is located in Austin, TX. What is a respectful price to ask?
It has roof AC, extra tote and solar suitcase. Thanks.

I heard casita just raised base price of their deluxe models to over $26k.
I would say $20k is not impossible if it is in good condition. It is great time to be selling highly sought-after small rvs in good condition, casita being one of them. Good luck in your sale.

I think $20k is impossible for a 20 year old Casita. Visit fiberglass RV 4 sale website and check sold listings.

Casita has made small incremental improvements over the years and a 2020 model is much different than a 2000.
The ones that age that have sold were in the $10k to $13k price range. When you get to the $20k price level they tend to be one to five years old.

A good starting place would be what you paid for it in 2000. Then maybe add in the additions. I sold my 2015 for $500 less than I paid for it three years later.

I just sold my 1999 Spirit Deluxe. It was originally the model that had captains chairs but at some point (I'm the 4th owner) was converted to the Spirit floorplan.

My trailer was in good shape (for a 21 year old unit), but didn't look new by any means . . . no solar . . . A/C was a window unit installed in the front lower corner . . . year old tires . . . two year old converter . . . well maintained . . .sold it for $12,700 to the first looker and I'm sure I could have got more if I'd wanted to push the price.
