Trailer: 1998 17 ft Casita Spirit Deluxe / Red F150 X-Cab

Is there anyone out there near Duarte, CA (near the 210 and 605) who would be willing to go look at a 16' Casita for me? I'm about 4 hours away and don't want to drive down there unless it's a pretty sure thing. They don't know how to use a digital camera to send pics, but will do a walk-through with me and go through the checklist. Can anyone help me? Thanks!!!!
