New Owner at Parkliner

I just had a very encouraging conversation with Tom Bass and the new owner of Parkliner. I bought my Parkliner in 2014 and discovered in 2015 that they had failed to install a dual-battery system, which I had requested. It was frustrating trying to get anyone to address this issue. The new owner has agreed to rectify the problem and honor all warranty issues on which the previous owner did not make good. This is all very promising and I hope all goes well for the new owner.

So Tom is back on the scene at Parkliner?! From previous posts, I would believe that that is a very good thing. I wonder if he had anything to do with the securing of a new owner for Parkliner. Regardless, I hope 2016 is a very good year for the Parkliner company and all happy/proud Parkliner owners....

I'm happy to hear that. The original Parkliner was a nicely designed trailer with some major defects (in my mind). By 2014 Chandler had already addressed several of the problems and I think it should in time become a major player on the fiberglass scene.

One can only hope they do a Great Job! It is an awesome design, just was not well run by Chandler.

Finger's crossed to be seeing more ParkLiner's cruising down the highway!

Our Parkliner and we are heading back home to NC from 2 weeks in Florida. It's the longest trip we've taken to date. All went well and we continue to improve how we use it. We are thrilled that Parkliner will carry on with a new owner and that Chandler will be available for design consultation. We will post our experience when we get back.

Does "available for design consultation" mean Chandler is still involved with Parkliner?

Confirming ParkLiner open for business and under new ownership

We’re excited to announce that ParkLiner is open for business and under new ownership! ParkLiner is also operating out of a new facility in Burlington, N.C., that can accommodate major growth and expansion. Get ready for exciting developments in 2016 and beyond!

That's good news. Parkliner is a valuable addition to the fiberglass trailer world.
Many nice features, some unique.

I emailed the company to ask if they had any models available to look at and walk thru. Awaiting a response.

I understand they've moved the battery to the tongue and the AC to the roof. With those changes I maybe wouldn't have sold mine. That opens up a lot of floor level storage which was a major deficiency in the early ones.
