This has been the general theme of Newfoundland's Travel Guide. I received my copy of the 2020 guide this week. It carried me back to our wonderful Newfoundland trips. If you do not have one look back through this thread. There is a link on how to get your very own copy.

As much as this Travel Guide is my favorite Newfoundland is even better than their guide.

It's interesting how dramatic trauma, like Covid, initiates change. The changes comes even if the trauma has a tinge of question-ability. Today I read a study that said the total death rate per age group in the USA has not increased as a result of Covid, but deaths from other sources like heart disease has decreased rather dramatically.

I decided to consider what may have changed in Newfoundland and might be of interest to the 60 people who received our Guide to Newfoundland. Our favorite first campground, Grand Codroy RV has increased to $40 Cnd, $30 US.

Also the Provincial Parks have increased their serviced site fees, water and electric, to $30 Cnd, $24 US. NL used to give a 35% discount to everyone over 65 now the discount is only for people from Newfoundland.

I've become a Youtube watcher. Recently mostly videos on Newfoundland. Today I'm watching a video by the Smithsonian on Newfoundland.

This is well worth watching if you're thinking of going to Newfoundland.
