Those are soooo coool....we considered one in our pre-fibreglas days until we saw that the price didn't fit our pocket book. But, we loved the sort of Space Station look to it. (yeah, we're those kind of folks.)

Little more than a tent on a utilty trailer from what I've seen. I'm still looking for a way to do a carbon fiber egg on an aluminium chassis cost effectively. Meaning supplying shell and chasis for less than $5000 as a kit kinda like an Ikea travel trailer lol.

Absolutely adorable and cool looking, but I hope it sets up faster than the photo gives the impression of. Looks like lots of curved rods, stretchie tie down things, roof to lift up, beds to fold/pull out, omg I tense up just thinking about it.
Not for me, but so cool for the right person. Its a great option for someone with limited tow capacity!

Definitely cute but per pound it's awfully expensive. I think I'd go for a more practical used 13' anything. A 13' can be towed by just about anything.

Well, it's cute enough, but when it comes down to it, why would anyone want to tow around a 700 pound tent? If you want a tent, buy a 30 pound tent...and throw it in the trunk or pickup bed between stops. No need to tow a trailer just to sleep in a tent IMHO. And if it's raining, I really like just being able to open a door and go inside, and not have to stand out in a downpour setting it up, even if it only takes a few minutes.

...I think it's actually a 700 pound "Toy-Hauler."

Not only is it a tent though, you can use the trailer to haul boats, bikes, anything you can imagine up to a weight of 800 pounds.
